Are these authentic products?
Yes! All Pop Mart items are sourced directly from official Pop Mart stores and others are sourced directly from official retailers. Each Pop Mart product typically includes a QR code on the back of the box for authentication, and some pendants may also have a QR code on the tag that can be scanned to verify authenticity.
Selling replicas and counterfeits infringes on the original owner's intellectual property rights and can result in serious consequences. I am simply exercising my rights under the first sale doctrine by reselling products that I lawfully purchase. I do not claim affiliation or endorsement on any of the brands that are listed on my shop.
When will I receive my order?
Once I get your order, I will ship it out within 1-2 business days. Most of the time, I will ship it out the following day (excluding Sundays and holidays). I am based in Ohio and will be shipping your package through USPS Ground Advantage. Depending on where you are located, the package should get delivered between 2-5 business days.
When will you do restocks?
I plan on posting restocks my TikTok (@bylumina). However, you can also opt into email notifications for certain out of stock products by clicking "Notify Me" on the product page, and it should send you an email when it is restocked!
Why are the prices higher than retail?
These are the key factors I take into consideration when pricing my products: the cost of goods, which includes the purchase price, taxes, fees, and packaging costs; fulfillment and platform processing fees; and current market demand for the product. I also take into consideration my time and effort into finding these products. Please feel free to purchase them off of Pop Mart or any other official retailers if you feel like my prices are not justified.
